About us
At Wyatt First Aid we believe in delivering high quality training courses in a relaxed environment. We use interactive teaching materials and equipment to ensure you have an enjoyable learning experience. We have CPR manikins which give LED feedback and Act+Fast choking trainers for realistic training.
Cath Wyatt founded Wyatt First Aid in 2019. Cath is our principal trainer and has over 30 years experience working in healthcare; as a Dental Nurse, Oral Health Educator, Healthcare Assistant in a medical practice and trainer with South Western Ambulance Service. Cath has been a First Aid trainer since 2006.
We are committed to providing training you can trust. Wyatt First Aid is approved by Qualsafe, an Awarding Organisation recognised by Ofqual to offer regulated qualifications.
Cath is an energetic, enthusiastic trainer who will encourage you to succeed. When Cath isn't teaching First Aid she can be found at a gym class - 'healthy body, healthy mind!' Cath thinks CPR aerobics will be the next big thing in the fitness world, but that's a whole other story...
I can't recommend Wyatt First Aid high enough. It was so helpful to have on site training. I first entered the training room a little nervous, but Caths wonderful sense of humour immediately put me at ease. She made the course both educational and fun at the same time. Before the first day of the course I had feelings of uncertainty, these went after the welcome I received on entering the classroom. The short introduction by Cath before the lessons started was most reassuring and inspiring. The whole class experienced an enthusiastic delivery that helped us to take in the importance of the information we were receiving. If I didn't fully grasp a point, it was patiently explained so I understood.
The complete course was never rushed, the teaching came across in a calm and kind manner. A++++++++
